A professional with more than two decades of experience in the real estate sector. From 2002 to 2013, he embarked on his career journey by joining PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk., where he spearheaded the development of a city in the Eastern Indonesia region. Furthermore, he assumed the role of Director at PT Lippo Cikarang from 2012 to 2013, overseeing the transformation of 2000 hectares of land in Cikarang into urban and industrial zones. In 2018, he joined PT Astra International Tbk, where he assumed a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing the property business segment as the Chief of Astra Property. From 2019 to 2023, he continued his career trajectory at PT Modernland Realty Tbk, culminating in his position as Managing Director.
Mr. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, and a Master of Science in Urban Planning and Design from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands.
