Mr. John A. Prasetio, holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Indonesia, and has participated in various executive programs abroad including at the Harvard Business School, USA.

Mr. Prasetio currently serves as the Independent President Commissioner of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Independent Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom Tbk and the Founder and Senior Advisor at Crowe Indonesia. Previously, he represented Indonesia as Ambassador to the Republic of Korea and has held positions as Asia Pacific Chief Executive Officer (Singapore) and ASEAN Chief Executive Officer (Singapore) at Andersen Worldwide, Global Regional Senior Advisory Partner at Ernst & Young , Executive Chairman at Ernst & Young Indonesia and Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen (Indonesia). He has served as Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Permata Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Nusa Dua Graha International, PT Global Mediacom Tbk, PT Asuransi Cigna, and PT Tri Polyta Indonesia Tbk, and as Independent Director of Energy Development Corporation, Manila. Mr. Prasetio was also a member of the Ernst & Young Global Practice Council, London, Andersen Worldwide's Executive Board, New York, and the Board of Partners of Andersen Worldwide SC, Geneva.
